New Heights for T. Berry Smith Hall

OUR GOAL: $4 Million

T. Berry Smith Hall

T. Berry Smith Hall is one of the most iconic structures on the Fayette campus. Since 1895, the building has hosted the science, math, social sciences, religion, and philosophy departments. Today, it is home to the business, education, arts, and humanities programs, as well as the Central Museum of History.

The time has come to renovate this historically significant building, equipping it with the technology and amenities needed for 21st century higher education. A critical need for this building is the addition of an elevator to ensure ADA compliance. Upgrading T. Berry will allow this iconic building to continue to play a critical role in academic life on campus and help Central better meet students’ needs today and in the future.
