Association of Student-Athletes
The Central Methodist University Association of Student-Athletes (ASA) serves as the official voice and advocacy group for all Eagle student-athletes. Composed of athlete representatives across CMU’s programs, the ASA acts as a bridge between student-athletes, athletic department leadership, and the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
Our mission is to enrich the collegiate athletic experience by fostering leadership development, promoting community engagement, advocating for student-athlete welfare, and upholding the NAIA Champions of Character core values—Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Sportsmanship, and Servant Leadership. Through collaboration, service, and campus programming, the ASA ensures that the student-athlete voice directly shapes the future of Central Methodist Athletics.
ASA meets Thursdays at 10 a.m. in the Mabee classroom
