Multiple Certification

Endorsement: An endorsement is an area of certification that is added after completion of the initial certificate. Endorsements give graduates increased flexibility. Students desiring an endorsement will need to complete an abbreviated student teaching experience in the endorsement area.

Dual Certification: Students may choose to actually complete the full course of study in two different areas and receive two teaching certificates. These students will develop a portfolio detailing their growth and development in both subject areas and must finish two complete blocks of student teaching.
