Goals

In order to position Central Methodist University for continued service to society and the academy in the future, CMU has established the following goals of the self study:

1. To bring the CMU community together in a united activity to address the life and vibrancy of this educational institution with a strong 150-year history.

2. To use the process as a foundation for developing a culture of continuous assessment and improvement.

3. To create a process of self-evaluation that will identify the strengths and challenges that CMU needs to address and hold high.

4. To continue full accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission for the next 10-year period.
