Alpha Phi Omega

Alpha Phi Omega

Alpha Phi Omega (APO) is a coeducational national service organization that provides its members the chance to develop leadership skills through service projects on campus, in the community, and across the nation. While many groups on campus do volunteer, APO has made this their primary focus.

More than 400,000 students nation wide have chosen APO since its founding in 1925. The Zeta Tau chapter here at CMU was founded in 1948 and has inducted over 500 members since then.

APO is an inclusive group, open to all nationalities, backgrounds and genders. They welcome everyone to become part of their amazing organization so that together they can pursue a common goal - leading through service to others.

Be a leader, be a friend, be of service!
