CMU Seniors Candidates For Homecoming Royalty

King, Queen to be named Saturday

The student body at Central Methodist University has selected four men and four women as senior candidates for 2013 Homecoming King and Queen.

The eight students will take part in CMU's Homecoming Parade this Saturday (Oct. 26) at 10 a.m. in downtown Fayette, and will be introduced at halftime of the Homecoming football game starting at 1 p.m. at Davis Field.

The 2013 Homecoming Royalty will be crowned after those introductions.

Candidates for King include Todd King, a communications studies major from Springfield; Austin Long, a music education major from Monroe City; Ryan Restemayer, an interdisciplinary studies major from Sullivan; and Taranjit "T.J." Singh from Oakville, Ontario in Canada.

Queen candidates include Amanda Branson, an environment studies major from Koeltztown; Ashley Hagen, a biology major from Kearney; Kendra Twenter, an athletic training major from Boonville; and Sophie Wilensky, a communication studies major from Plano, Texas.
