The finalists will all be on the field at halftime of Saturday's (Oct. 13) CMU Homecoming football game, when this year's King and Queen will be announced. The game, featuring the CMU Eagles against Graceland University, kicks off at 1 p.m. at Davis Field.

Contenders for Homecoming King include Burton Iosefa (sociology major and the son Leon and Valo Iosefa of San Jose, Calif.), Kevin O'Keefe (business education major and the son of Timothy and Donna O'Keefe of Joplin), Bryan Plenge (physical education major and the son of Mike Plenge and Jena Church of Kahoka), and Brian Thode (music education major and the son of David and Catherine Thode of Crystal City).
