After spending the day making music with friends old and new, the Central Methodist University Alumni Band will present a special concert on Saturday, June 16 to cap off Alumni Band Day.

The grand finale concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Spalding Room of CMU's Student and Community Center. There is no admission charge, according to Skip Vandelicht, CMU director of bands and himself a 1977 alumnus.

Sharing the guest conductor duties this year will be David Goodwin, a 1979 CMU graduate and the retired instrumental music teacher at Chillicothe High School; and Keith Ruether, band director at Lebanon High School and a 1986 alumnus.
