Four-year degree programs in the Waynesville area offered through Central Methodist University will be explained at an upcoming information session on Tuesday, April 24.

CMU officials will be on hand in the commons area of the facility CMU shares with Ozarks Technical College, 320 Ichord in Waynesville.

The open house runs from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and there is no cost and no obligation to attend, and advance reservations aren't required.

CMU-Waynesville bachelor's degree completion programs include business, child development, criminal justice, teacher education, psychology, and nursing (RN to BSN).

Some students may be able to complete a program in as little as 18 months. CMU offers accelerated eight-week sessions, evening and online courses that are tailored for working adults and military professionals.

For more information about the info session, or to talk to someone about CMU offerings if unable to attend the event on April 24, contact Shelli Tripp at 573-774-5062 ext. 6637 or e-mail her at mtripp@centralmethodist.edu

Founded in 1854, Central Methodist programs range from undergraduate and graduate studies to high-school dual credit offerings. Serving more than 5,000 students on its historic main campus in Fayette, through collaborative programs at locations across Missouri, and online, the CMU mission emphasizes academic and professional excellence, ethical leadership, and social responsibility.
