Central Methodist University seeks a dedicated individual to serve as Curator of The Ashby-Hodge Gallery of American Art, the artistic jewel on the CMU campus.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Curator is responsible for preparing and organizing museum exhibits, planning overall operations, and writing and reviewing grant proposals, journal articles, and publicity materials.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
A master's degree in a relevant discipline is required; prior experience in museum work, research, or art history is preferred.
Other Information:
This is a 12-month, 20-hour/week position.
