Lucas came to CMU in July of 2010. Lucas is from southwest Missouri and went to college in Springfield where he met his lovely wife, Shannon. After college, Lucas worked in homeless and young adult ministry for several years. In 2005, Lucas moved to Vancouver, British Columbia he and Shannon studied theology at Regent College. Three years later, the family again moved to Princeton, New Jersey where Lucas earned a Master's in Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary. In early 2010, the Endicott clan grew as Lucas and Shannon welcomed their son Owen into the world.
