In the spring of 2002, the students and faculty of BBB biology honor society decided to study issues surrounding the treatment of trash on the Central Methodist College campus.  We had noticed that recycling seemed somewhat sporadic and decided to study the issue in more detail.  In particular, we noticed that there were no recycling bins in the residence halls and focused on analyzing that situation.  Our study can be divided into the following 5 parts.

·        What are we doing?

o     End to recycling at CMC?

·        Do we use recycled stuff?

·        What kind of trash comes out of the residence halls?

·        How do students feel about recycling?

·        Estimate of some costs.

·        Summary and conclusions.
