Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to register for Central Methodist University's state-of-the-art emergency notification system. It is the safest way to ensure that you receive critical university notifications on safety issues and school closings. The system sends simultaneous messages to all registered text-message capable phones, PDAs, and email addresses to alert registrants of information critical to their safety and well-being. The service will also post the message on the University's official Facebook page and as a subscriber, you have the option to choose if you would like to receive an automated phone call.
