The life of a college student is not always easy. Sometimes students
feel overwhelmed with concerns about academics, family, relationships
and career planning. When this happens, the student may cope with these
feelings in different ways - some are healthy responses and some are
not. A counselor can help the student to develop a style of coping that
is unique to that individual and one that can result in a positive
outcome for the student.
Our counseling staff makes confidentiality a primary concern.
Students' contact with counseling services will not be discussed with
anyone, unless the student provides written permission for us to do so.
