spyware blaster

Spyware Blaster is a program that can assist you with spyware issues.  Instructions for installation are below or you may refer to the Spyware Blaster web site.

  • Download and install Spyware Blaster

     

    • A dialog box will appear that asks: Do you want to run or save this file? Click SAVE and save in any location on your computer -- just so you know where it is.

     

    • A dialog box will appear that says: Download Complete
      Click RUN

     

    • The setup wizard will appear, click NEXT

     

    • Read through the license agreement and then check the I ACCEPT the agreement button and NEXT

     

    • Follow the prompts to complete the installation of the program
       

  • Updates

     

    • If network connection is available

     

    • Click on UPDATES on left side of the screen.

     

    • Click CHECK FOR UPDATES

     

    • If Spyware Blaster finds new updates, it will download, install them, and then tell you it did so. Otherwise it will tell you that it is up-to-date and that there is nothing to download

     

  • Protection

     

    • Click PROTECTION on the left side of the screen

     

    • Near the bottom of the screen, check ENABLE ALL PROTECTION
