These camps are for those students in Grades 9-12 and are held on the campus of Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri.

  To register, print the Registration Form and return to:
Ken Oliver, Eagle Football Camp Director, Central Methodist University, 411 Central Methodist Square, Fayette, MO 65248.
To pre-register, include a $60 (non-refundable) check with the enrollment form before May 10th. The balance of the total fee is due at final registration.
 
What to Bring   Insurance
All campers should bring casual clothes, workout clothes, football shoes, athletic supporters, towels, football jersey, and a copy of their insurance card.

Overnight campers staying in the residence hall should bring pillows, sheets, pillow cases, a blanket or sleeping bag, a fan and $10 for a pizza.
 
  All campers must provide proof of a primary insurance carrier. The Eagle Football Camp maintains a secondary policy for uncovered expenses due to injury after a camper’s primary policy has been notified.
