Coach
Ehlers enters his first season on the Central baseball staff. The
native of Denison, IA, comes to CMU from Berkmar High School were he was
an assistant coach during 2007. His career coaching stints include
stops at Caruthersville H.S., Jefferson H.S., Central City H.S.. Ehlers
began his collegiate career at Iowa Western Community College where he
was a middle infielder before transferring to Mt. Mercy College (IA).
He wrapped up his career at Mt. Mercy as a left field while receiving
his bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology in 2000.
Currently he resides in Columbia, Mo., with his wife Leta and is working
on this Masters of Education degree from Central Methodist.
