CMU alumni association
The Alumni Association of Central Methodist University was first organized
June 27, 1873. It was reorganized in June 1948, at which time the
Association adopted the Living Endowment Plan as a means of unifying the
efforts of the members in promoting the welfare of the University. More
recently, the Living Endowment has been identified with the Central
Excellence Fund.
Membership is automatic and includes all graduates
of Central Methodist University, Central Methodist College and Central College
and former students who have completed at least 30 hours of course work.
Graduates and former students of Central College for Women in Lexington,
Mo.,
Howard-Payne College in Fayette, Mo., St. Charles College in St.
Charles, Mo., Marvin College in Fredericktown, Mo. and Scarritt-Morrisville
College in Morrisville, Mo., and all former Missouri Methodist colleges
are also members.
The Alumni Association is under the direction of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors
are a group of alumni that work closely with the Alumni Office to advance and
to support
the vision and mission of Central Methodist University. If you are
