International Applicant Checklist
To complete the application process, we request all of the following
documents:
1. International Student Application. The application may be
submitted free online.
2.
Financial Statement and Affidavit of Support. Please submit a signed
official document or statement from your bank verifying the total amount
of personal/family funds, in US dollars, that is available for tuition
(personal cost) and educational expenses (books, insurance). All
documents must be in English.
3. Official Transcripts. Undergraduates must submit all official
transcripts of previous education with English translation. Transcripts
must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.
4. Descriptions of Post-Secondary Courses. This is necessary for the
purpose of credit transfer.
5. Transfer Procedure. Photocopy all previously issued I-20s, I-94
card in your passport, and Visa page in your passport.
6. Official TOEFL/SAT/ACT Score. Minimum scores are: TOEFL 213 computer based, 79-80 internet based, 1410 SAT or 20 ACT.
7. Passport. Please provide a clear, readable copy of the
identification page of your passport.
8. Insurance. All international students are required to show proof
of insurance. For your convenience insurance may be purchased through Student Resources, an
independent international insurance company. Their current rate for
coverage is $1,084 per year.
