Major Requirements

Major, B.A. Degree and B.S. Degree: 20 semester hours in environmental science to include ES 201, 301, 225, 325, and 364. BI 101, CH 111, and PH 111 are required to total 32 hours for the major. For the B.A. Degree, 13 hours of related work, selected from biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science or GL 101 are required. For the B.S. Degree, 18 hours of related work must be selected from the same list. All graduates must complete the oral and written assessment in ES 325.
