Minor Requirements

In order to graduate with a minor in accounting, a minimum grade of “C” is required in all accounting courses. Accounting Minor: 


A minor requires 17 semester-hours consisting of:

  • Required:
    AC201, Principles of Accounting I (4)
    AC202, Principles of Accounting II (4)
    AC310, Computerized Accounting (3)

  • Two of the following; one must be an accounting course:
    AC340, Income Tax (3)
    AC350, Governmental & NFP Acct. (3)
    AC401, Intermediate Accounting I (3)
    AC320, Cost Accounting (3)
    BU341, Business Law I (3)
    ET375, Small Business Management (3)
