Columbia

Upcoming Open Houses

Central Methodist University offers individual classes and baccalaureate level degrees in Columbia at our site in the Forum Shopping Center.

Students may enroll in the convenient daytime classes for either general education or to complete an Associate of Arts degree. This degree is a general transfer degree and a student may transfer to another four year institution or continue on with CMU at many of its locations, including the main campus in Fayette. Classes meet two days a week for sixteen weeks.

Do you work during the day? Are you looking for flexibility? Then CMU's evening program is for you. Classes meet two nights per week and students can earn up to six hours each eight weeks.

CMU-Columbia offers select science classes with labs. Check out the course schedule for a full listing.

Visiting Students

If you wish to take a class with CMU as a visiting student and transfer the credit back to your home institution, please use the Visiting Student Enrollment Form to register for class. This form will serve as your application and class registration form.

Always let your home school advisor know of your plans in advance to verify transferability! Common courses transfer from CMU to MU. Fax the complete form to Sandra Wald at 660-248-6392, or Michelle Thompson at 573-447-3313, or drop it off at our location in the Forum Shopping Center. Not sure what to take? See the course schedule.
