History
In September of 2011, our school was visited by our SIFE Regional Representative. We presented him with some project ideas and he gave us his feedback. We worked hard to implement his ideas into our plans, and in April of 2012 we attended the SIFE regional competition in Chicago IL. From there, we were chosen to go to nationals in Kansas City, MO. At nationals we were chosen as first runner up in our league (with the World Champions beating us for first place) and we also received third place on the Wal-Mart Women’s Economic Empowerment grant with our Build-A-Business project.
In September of 2004, our school was visited by a SIFE National Representative providing insight into the SIFE organization. Soon after that visit, we established the first Central Methodist University SIFE team.
