myCMU Account

A myCMU account allows students access to student records including: grades, course schedules and course work provided by instructors.

New students receive a letter in the mail prior to the start of their first semester with all account information. If for some reason you do not receive your myCMU account information in the mail, please contact the Office of Technology Services to obtain your account information.

Students can access myCMU at the top right of any CMU webpage.

Eagle Account (Fayette Campus)

An Eagle account allows students access to the campus network including: computer labs, email (eagle mail), internet, and printers.

New students receive a letter in the mail prior to the start of their first semester with all account information. If you do not receive your myCMU account information in the mail, please contact the Office of Technology Services to obtain your account information.  Students can receive their account information at the Office of Technology Services by presenting their CMU student ID card or another form of photo identification.

Students have the option of retaining their CMU Eagle email address after they graduate. This is a great way to make sure you keep informed about alumni activities and events. Alumni email accounts will lose access to Office 365 Web Apps and OneDrive at the time of graduation, be sure to download any OneDrive files you wish to keep.

Accounts that are inactive for more than 30 days or have not been properly maintained will be deleted.

NOTE: An Eagle account can be provided to registered students not attending the Fayette campus upon request, please call 660-248-6197.

Faculty & Staff Accounts

To be an authorized user of Central Methodist University technology resources, you must be a current or emeritus University faculty member or a currently employed staff member.

All Faculty & Staff must complete the CMU User Agreement.

Accounts for Staff

After completion of the CMU user agreement, staff at CMU are provided with an Eagle account, Nolij account and Jenzabar CX (CARS) account. An Eagle account allows access to the campus network including University-owned computers and email (Eagle mail). Nolij & Jenzabar CX accounts provide staff with the ability to perform administrative functions related to their job.

Accounts for Faculty

After completion of the CMU user agreement, full-time faculty at CMU are provided with an Eagle account, Nolij account and a myCMU account. An Eagle account allows access to the campus network including University-owned computers and email (Eagle mail). Nolij & myCMU accounts gives faculty advising capabilities and options for web-based course management. Accounts given to part-time faculty are handled on an individual basis.

Prior to the creation of a faculty or staff account, employment information is verified through Human Resources.
